Evangeline Onassis had it all, until her father’s untimely death and her mother’s onslaught alcoholism. When her grades begin to suffer, her grandmother sends her off to Grand Haven, an obscure boarding school in Painswick, Gloucestershire, England. Upon arrival, Evan befriends a girl named Faye, and becomes romantically linked to a mysterious boy named Mikhail. Now, suddenly, Evan is plagued with dreams of a girl from a different era, a young damsel wedded to a vicious husband while battling an forbidden all-consuming love for another. Shocked and disoriented by these haunting dreams, Evan delves into the past, while a mysterious entity threatens to eclipse her future.
